Well, as most of you know, tomorrow I am turning 4 months old already! Yesterday I went in for my 4 month check up and here are my new stats:Weight: 12 lbs, 7 oz (25%, I was born in the 5%, so I'm a growing fool!)
length: 23 inches (10%)
head: I am in the 4%
So, I am gaining weight very well. I am still small for my age, but that is to be expected. And the doctor said I have an itty bitty head! Silly doctor. A fun fact is that when Eli turned 3 months old (a month younger than me now) he weighed 13 lbs!!! I am a whole month older and still weigh less than he did! Everyone still says I look tiny, but Daddy and Mommy says, "You should've seen her when she was born! She's huge now!" Thats true, I have more than doubled my birth weight!
The doctor said that I can start eating rice cereal and 1st baby foods too! Mommy doesn't think that I am ready for baby food yet, but she put some cereal in my bottle last night and I liked it a lot. It helped me sleep longer! I also had to get shots, but I was a trooper and only cried (really hard) for a minute or two.

Hi, Jaydlie! 4 months old already! You are getting so big. And now you get to start eating rice cereal and baby food? Yummy yum. Mommy says you already eat all the time, now you'll have some variety. You were such a big girl to get that shot from the doctor and only cry for a minute or so. Shots are no fun but they keep you healthy so that's good. See you soon!
